• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required for all returns.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected.

• Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are made through the original payment method or bank transfer where applicable.

Exchange Policy

• We offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products.

• Products without original packaging or accessories.

• Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged).

Shipping Charges

• If the mistake is on our side, we will cover the return shipping cost.

• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
